Yoni Eggs - Due to the nature of this product, we are unable to extend refunds or exchanges.

Due to the intimate nature of our products, they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. We do not accept returns for any other reason than a major defect. We encourage our customers to examine their eggs upon their arrival and to email us within seven days of receiving your package to claim a new egg with your photos. Products may only be exchanged for the exact product ordered. The egg must be sent back to us within 7 days.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. At shani@chandrachakra.com

Cancelations: After 24 hours, it is unlikely the order can be cancelled.

Exceptions: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges: Only the accessories can be exchange.

No refund possible on Alto-Herbs product if the box or the bottle has been opened.

Keep out of reach of children.

Shipping policy

Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We encourage customers to use a tracking service when returning the product or the shipping is at customer's risk. We don't guarantee the product will be received if no tracking service is used.

Late /Lost: Once we mail the package, you received a tracking number, the package is in the hands of the post. We do not have any further access to tracking information than what is provided to you online by the shipping company: Post Canada.

Shipping times are approximate based on the times provided by Post Canada. There are sometimes shipping delays that occur and are beyond our control and we do not take responsibility or provide refunds for late or lost packages. Covid Time is not helping now...

If you have any issues with late or lost packages, please first contact the shipping company directly with your tracking number.
